Only five stars? Diane deserves six or more in every category. She helped me sell a very expensive house while finding new homes for both me and my ex-wife during our divorce and handled everything VERY professionally. I referred her to three of my friends who all bought their homes with her in the last few years. She’s excellent at negotiating, and really knows how to play hardball. She’s been in the business for a long time and has seen everything from crazy good buyer’s markets to the currently brutal seller’s market and all of the stuff in between. She has a ton of contacts to make the whole process go smoothly: handymen to help fix things that need repairing, inspectors who are incredibly thorough, a preferred lender who can help people at any level of credit and buying power and friends and colleagues in every other stopping point along the home buying or selling process. Diane’s up-front and honest, and she’s great at telling it like it is. She’s on your team, and you’ll never wonder if she’s trying her best to get you exactly what you want. She’s hardworking and diligent, and unlike with other realtors I’ve worked with in the past is an excellent communicator. I’ve never felt neglected or ignored, and she’s always on top of the process, every step of the way. I guess I’m saying that I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Diane is the BEST.”
