Sarah Humbargar

Sarah Humbargar is a commercial real estate broker, investor, and advisor with more than a decade of experience shaping housing, retail, and mixed-use projects across Colorado. She has been directly involved in the development, acquisition, leasing, and sale of over 1.7 million square feet of real estate, representing more than $500 million in total project value.

Prior to brokerage, Sarah served in senior development and economic development roles, including as Vice President of Development Services with the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, where her work helped catalyze over $2 billion in new investment in the urban core. She later joined Greystar, managing multifamily development projects across Colorado before returning to brokerage with a deeper, owner-level perspective.

Today, Sarah focuses on investment housing and neighborhood-serving commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and operators of multifamily, land, retail, and special-use properties such as schools and churches. Known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, she brings a rare combination of development insight, financial acumen, and transaction experience to every deal.
